Is your helmet a little too big? Did you have a change of heart about the color? No problem! Returns and exchanges are easy with Fuel™ Helmets Inc.

All returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of package and must be shipped in a corrugated cardboard box - like the one we shipped it in - along with proof of purchase. All returned merchandise must be unused and suitable for resale. Please contact customer service before shipping the package. See below for further instructions.


In order to exchange an item, we must first inspect the return, to ensure it is able to be resold. After that happens, we ship out the replacement. The fastest method to get around this process is to simply return the item you wish to exchange, and then purchase its replacement on the website. You will have two charges on your method of payment until we process the return, but once this happens, the original charge will be refunded. If you wish to do this follow instructions above in "To return an item". Once this is finished, find the replacement item you would like on the website, and proceed through checkout as normal.

If you would prefer to wait for the return to be processed, ensuring you won't have two charges on your method of payment at any time, follow the steps in "To return an item", but in Step One, when contacting Customer Service, state that you would like to exchange your purchase, rather than just return it for a refund.
