FUEL™ WARRANTY

Warranty Policy: The Fuel Helmets Inc. warranty is made to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Limited Warranty: This Limited Warranty is limited to defects in materials and workmanship of the product as supplied by the manufacturer. Fuel Helmets Inc. warrants that for the Warranty Period of 90 days, under normal use, the product is free from manufacturer defects. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty considerations. 

If the product fails to meet this warranty and the buyer of the product informs Fuel™ Helmets Inc. thereof and returns the product to the seller during the applicable warranty period, Fuel Helmets Inc. shall repair or replace the product, at its sole discretion.

Buyer of the Fuel Helmets Inc. product(s) shall be solely responsible for the selection, use, efficiency, and suitability of the product and Fuel Helmets Inc. shall therefore have no liability. 

Warranty Period: The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Fuel Helmets Inc. provides a ninety (90) day part / product replacement warranty unless otherwise stated on the product packaging.
